Aggie Technologies was formed by two long-time friends with very similar backgrounds and principles. Charles Edgerton and Brian Scott met in 1979, and have maintained a close relationship throughout the years. Both joined an IT support franchise, Computer Troubleshooters, and quickly learned that traditional IT support has not served the independent business community.

“Outside of large scale businesses that have their own in-house staff, IT support has traditionally been having somebody to call when things are broken” says Brian. “That’s better than nothing, but we believe in being proactive…i.e. you call us to keep your devices from breaking. And by the way, develop a plan of action for if it does.”

With this philosophy, Aggie Technologies has fostered partnerships with several vendors to deliver custom solutions to its client base. Operating offices in Atlanta, GA and Durham, NC, Aggie Technologies serves a myriad of businesses; from interior designers to churches, child development centers to RV dealerships, and law offices to medical practices.
