Daniel obtained his NC State Electrical License at 23 years old. Very shortly afterward he co-founded Northern Piedmont Electric, Inc. This is where he learned the value of customer service and fell in love with sales & team building. He went on to grow the company from $50K revenue to $250K in 3 years. Daniel then sold the company and partnered with a local service company where he began to sharpen his management and operations skills. He then took a management position for a new start up division within a large mechanical company where he had the great opportunity to grow with the help of an outstanding team.
After being part of an 08' lay off, Daniel was offered a position with Bryant Durham Electric Co as Service Manager. For the next 5 years he worked toward team building, customer service, sales & marketing by adding value to each project while maintaining a strong vision. Not only did he sell the projects (ranging in size from $500.00 to $50,000.00) but he also project managed, performed customer follow up to ensure satisfaction, leading a team of up to 20 while maintaining $3,000,000.00 in service revenue.
Daniel's passion for customer service along with a multi-trade and service background has inspired him to help educate small business owners about the cost of growing and operating the business. He chose to leave Bryant Durham to partner with and grow a small multi-trade service company. From Nov. 2013 to Nov. 2014 he helped grow this small family owned service business from 4 employees and $250K annual revenue to 12 employees and $1,000,000.00 annual. He was able to do this quickly due to a loyal customer base and setting up the necessary systems along with outsourcing. Sales, Marketing, Training and Business Development have become Daniel's passion as it's this path that has allowed him to help others most.
