Shamim began working with DJL Training, remotely, on a project basis in 2018.
In 2021, we invited Shamim to join our team as a class monitor. He quickly became an invaluable member of the team attending live training sessions and helping students keep up with the class and complete their online lessons successfully.
In 2022, Shamim accepted the Class Manager position with DJL Training. He manages 3 web-based applications on multiple screens during each class. Shamim not only makes sure our students are successful during class... he leads a team of Class Monitors and ensures they are successful as well!

- Keeping our class monitor training manuals up-to-date
- Assigning help tickets to class monitors during class
- Performing web lookups for students based on class Q&A
- Processing late class attendees to help them join the class in session

- Posting positive feedback to students in the class chat
