Meet DeLisa Lee
DeLisa Lee is the owner and Program Director for DJL Training, Inc., a computer training company that helps people increase their efficiency and productivity at their computers. DeLisa is a self-proclaimed computer geek and has been a Corporate Trainer for over 20 years. She has an extensive knowledge of desktop and web-based productivity applications. Her favorite things to teach include Microsoft Access and Excel, and Google Apps For Work and Customer Relationship Management systems. She also specializes in the effective use of mobile apps and devices. DeLisa is passionate about helping people use technology to work smarter, not harder.
Bio and Background
DeLisa Lee is the owner and Program Director for DJL Training, Inc. a computer training company that helps businesses increase their efficiency and productivity. DJL Training provides customized computer training to government agencies, corporate entities, small-med businesses and community based organizations serving everyone from novices to power users, young adults to seniors.
As a Philadelphia native, DeLisa attended Temple University School of Business and has called North Carolina home since 2000. Before starting DJL Training, DeLisa spent 10 years on contract to the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) as the Senior Technical Trainer where she was responsible for designing and delivering computer training to over 3,000 employees and contractors.
DeLisa is known for her volunteerism and community service. She provided computer training to residents of the Durham Rescue Mission on a weekly basis from 2001-2006 where she received the Mission's Volunteer of the Year Award. She also taught computer classes at the Durham Library from 2009-2011. Her service to the community continues as she leads the DJL Training Community Outreach team which has provided free or low cost computer training to qualified non-profits in the Triangle area since 2010.
DeLisa lives in Durham, NC with her family and plays piano and keyboards.
