⭐MasterClass | Comprehensive Hands-on Learning in our Virtual Classroom

Our flagship training format, MasterClasses, is an immersive and interactive learning experience, seamlessly blending the benefits of traditional classroom training with the convenience of a virtual environment. This is our default training format for hands-on training.

Sessions leverage 2-way audio, 2-way video, and 2-way screen sharing, ensuring flawless communication and collaboration. 

Both the instructor and the training team have real-time visibility of all learners' virtual PC screens, facilitating synchronized guidance as learners complete hands-on exercises stored on our virtual computers. We also have the ability to "take the mouse" if a learner requires direct assistance in a lesson.

Our learner-trainer ratio is 10:1, ensuring personalized attention to ensure learners stay synchronized with the instructor's instructions.

Class size ranges from 10 to 90 with a complement of class monitors providing interactive training support.

Workshop | Comprehensive Hands-on Learning in a Live Stream

A Workshop is similar to a MasterClass offering hands-on training designed to enhance practical skills and knowledge. The primary difference is that trainers do not have visibility of learners' screens. 

This format is designed for organizations experiencing challenges with accessing our virtual classroom due to firewall restrictions.

Despite the screen visibility limitation, Workshop attendees benefit from interactive sessions facilitated through robust two-way audio and video communication.

This ensures engaging and effective hands-on learning experiences designed to meet their practical skills and knowledge requirements.

Class size ranges from 10 to 30 with a complement of class monitors providing support via chat.

​OBSERVATIONAL COHORT TRAINING

We offer streamlined, budget-friendly training tailored for busy professionals and organizations. While observational learning may not suit everyone, this training format caters to those who benefit from quick, in-depth sessions, ensuring rapid comprehension and skill development in a condensed timeframe. Crash Course | 3-Hour Observational Learning in a Live Stream

Our Crash Courses provide a comprehensive 3-hour session comprising two single-topic lessons, designed for busy professionals and organizations seeking efficient learning solutions. 

Classes are designed to provide rapid comprehension and skill development in a condensed timeframe. 

Customizable to meet specific organizational needs, Crash Courses emphasize quick, in-depth learning experiences that equip learners with practical skills for immediate application.

Open Lab | Dynamic Small Group Training in a Live Stream

Open Lab sessions foster dynamic and personalized learning interactions through spontaneous Q&A sessions in a collaborative environment. 

Each 3-hour session features six 30-minute slots, allowing a learner to invite 2 colleagues for an individualized 25-minute session with the instructor.

This format enhances learning by incorporating screen sharing, enabling learners to customize their learning experience with impromptu questions. 

With no predefined agenda, learners have the flexibility to shape the session based on their immediate needs.

Session capacity ranges from 6 to 18 with a complement of class monitors providing support via chat.

Just-In-Time | Dynamic One-on-One Training in a Live Stream

Just-In-Time (JIT) training is similar to Open Lab sessions in its focus on dynamic learning interactions but differs significantly in structure and intensity. This format consists of a single 3-hour session where the learner can bring up to two guests, offering a personalized and intensive learning experience tailored to the learners' specific needs. 

JIT training focuses on deep dives into relevant topics for rapid skill acquisition and immediate application in real-world scenarios, providing intensive, tailored guidance to maximize learning impact and workplace relevance.

Learners in JIT training benefit from individualized attention and a concentrated learning experience that addresses immediate job-related needs efficiently. 

This focused approach complements traditional classroom training without replacing it, ensuring that learners receive the support and guidance necessary to excel in their respective roles, thereby enhancing workplace productivity and performance.
