How is an online class with DJL Training different from a webinar?

In a typical webinar, the speaker narrates a one-way presentation.

In our small online sessions, learners enjoy two-way screen sharing and open mic. This means, the instructor can monitor learner's progress and learners ask questions in real-time to their instructor.

Are your classes live?

Yes. Our online classes are live. We also offer recorded training in the form of blended and on-demand learning.

Can we get text books instead of e-books?

Course pricing includes e-books. If you would like to order text books for your learners, let us know and we will send you a link to the book for your course.

How does the instructor monitor learners' progress?

Learners login to our instructor-led training portal where they are assigned a virtual PC. In the portal, the instructor monitors the virtual PCs.

What are your training hours?

Our default training hours are 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. We can also provide training for 2nd or 3rd shift.

Do you offer training hours during the weekend?

Yes. Weekend training hours are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Can we schedule a full day of training?

Yes. The duration of your class can be 3, 4, 6, or 8 hours.

Are your classes customizable?

Yes. You can select an entire class from the catalog or build your own class by selecting the modules that meet your training needs.

How many hours will we need for training?

It depends on the class. In our course catalog, each class description includes the class duration. Each module includes the module duration. The length of your class is determined by the selected modules.

Can we open our files in class?

Yes. And our instructors will sign a DNA upon request.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
